After that Stay Evaluator sends out all feedback invites according to the settings you provide. Stay Evaluator is an included service for users of Examinare Unlimited and Business+ packages.

When a guest has been staying at your establishment their email and name is entered into reception form inside Stay Evaluator. The process will take maximum 15 seconds. Stay Evaluator is made to make sure your checkout process are not effected while using Stay Evaluator.

You can setup both the initial email and the follow-up email directly inside Stay Evaluator.

All results has a CSAT(Customer Satisfaction Score).

All results display inside Stay Evaluator with CSAT calculations, this makes it easy for you as the hotel-owner to check your satisfaction score anytime.
