By targeting the right people you can easily get the correct answers for your surveys. Examinare the survey tool use 2 types of surveys.

Public web survey will make your survey available to anyone who you share the link to. The answers will be marked as anonymous. This is a good way of conducting surveys directly on the Internet or by your own company newsletter. From our experience we find that we get more responces if the survey is anonymous.

Private web surveys are perfect for gathering of data where one vote count. Examinare will make 1 url for the 1 person / survey and this way the vote will be marked by the persons email or other details that you add in your account. With private web survey activated you will need to send the email with the link directly from Examinares email function. A couple of mouse clicks and you are finished.

When you import the emails and details of the target end users this can be done with the help of Excel. From this Excel datasheet you will copy paste in the details and then upload it in Examinare. Click, click and you have your own base of receivers directly in your own account in Examinare the survey tool.
